Stephen started with the Waco Group in 1990. He joined Gentyre, a listed subsidiary of Waco. He was promoted to Group Financial Director in 1997. Stephen played a significant role in the management of Waco during the buyouts in 2000 and 2005. His extensive international experience was invaluable in managing this process. In July 2011 Stephen took up the position of CEO of the Waco group. Stephen holds a B.Compt(Hons) degree.
Gregory Slabbert started his career with Waco as the Accounting Manager of then subsidiary, Continental Tyres. Velli joined Ethos in 2019. Velli was previously an Associate at Rothschild & Co where he was involved in a number of financial advisory transactions including blue-chip B-BBEE transactions, cross-border M&A, Restructuring and Debt. Previously she was an investment associate at Capital Eye Private Equity where her role included deal analysis, execution and monitoring. Prior to that she was a member of the investment team at Pan Africa Private Equity. Andiswa began her career as a sell-side equity analyst at SBG Securities working within the Telecommunications and Media sector team performing quantitative and qualitative research on JSE listed companies. Andiswa holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting (UCT) and B.Bus.Sci (Hons) (UCT.

He is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships and new business. Philisani holds an MBA from Wales University in the UK, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (UKZN), BA Social Sciences (UKZN)) and B Ed (UKZN). He has also completed an Executive Development Programme from Gibbs.
