Dharishan was appointed the Chief Financial Officer for the Group in 2021. Since joining the Group in 2011 he has held a number of senior financial management positions including Corporate Financial Manager, Financial Manager and Group Accountant. His expertise extends through financial accounting, taxation and corporate finance, with an aptitude for information technology, strategic development and execution. Prior to joining Waco Dharishan was with KPMG.
Nthime is co-founder and co-managing partner of Bopa Moruo, a private equity investment management firm. Nthime was previously a Director of Brait Private Equity. He has also served as Group Treasurer and Head of Corporate Finance at South African Airways; Executive Director at Legend Capital and investment professional at Rand Merchant Bank. Nthime holds a Business Science Honours (UCT) and an MBA (UCT). He also holds a Diploma in Company Law.
Velli joined Ethos in 2019. Velli was previously an Associate at Rothschild & Co where he was involved in a number of financial advisory transactions including blue-chip B-BBEE transactions, cross-border M&A, Restructuring and Debt. Velli holds an Honours in Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Johannesburg. Velli is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Andiswa is an Associate Transactor in the Bopa Moruo team. Andiswa is a CFA Charter holder and a qualified CA through Standard Bank’s TOPP programme. Previously she was an investment associate at Capital Eye Private Equity where her role included deal analysis, execution and monitoring. Prior to that she was a member of the investment team at Pan Africa Private Equity. Andiswa began her career as a sell-side equity analyst at SBG Securities working within the Telecommunications and Media sector team performing quantitative and qualitative research on JSE listed companies. Andiswa holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting (UCT) and B.Bus.Sci (Hons) (UCT.
Tumi is co-founder and principal of Bopa Moruo, a private equity investment management firm. Tumi previously served as an Investment Professional with Development Partners International, a London based pan-African private equity fund manager. Prior to that, he was a Director of Brait Private Equity. Tumi holds a B Com (UCT) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting (UCT). He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
